Sirius, First of His Name
I changed my name sometime last year, from Sirius to something sounds more ancient – Seirios (which is literally Sirius. just in Greek "Σείριος" matching my tatoo). And since a single word would feel a little bit vague, I consulted LLM for advice about a modifier, which would resemble the feeling of "the Sirius". And because I had dicided the "Seirios" part, the modifier should come in Greek as well. I don't know much about Greek nor Greek mythology. But those candidates LLM had provided, didn't sound right. That's when I suddenly remember an episode of "Game of Throne" which was titled "First of His Name". And there it was, Seirios Protogonos.
Seirios is not exactly a fresh name, but definitely a fresh start. The moment the calendar turned to 2026, I decided to scrap all simplified chinese posts, either rewrite them in other languages, or delete them once and for all. Guess I will end up deleting most of my old posts, leaving only recent ones. (I do need to read and write more though. Looking back at my posts, they all seem too.... casual ? )
Blog aside, I do have some ideas I'd like to explore, which may then get published under Lab. Building something is always great fun.
